An attempt to bring SMILE to the Mumbai Blast victims

Smile Foundation responded to the aftermath of serial blasts in Mumbai commuter trains as happened on July 11, 2006. Keeping its focus on responding to disaster with a different and need-based approach, Smile extended its help covering medical and physical rehabilitation.

Disaster struck the city of Mumbai just a year after the devastating flood had thrown life out of gear.

As children and women are the worst sufferers in the time of a disaster, Smile has been keeping its special focus on them.

Having reacted to the 2005 flood in Mumbai with an innovative approach of bringing the lives of children to normality successfully, Smile carried its commitment further this time.
