Exposure Visits were conducted for students of STeP centers of Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Pune.
A total of 17 exposure visits were held. The programme aims to provide an exposure to the students with learning opportunities on latest trends and practices at the workplace like the nature of job, salary structure and duty schedule of the staffs. They were also told about how job training was important before facing any interview.
