On 5.08.2012 at Arunodaya Trust an Employer Engagement Program was done, Mr.J S Prasad , Soft ware , ECIL PVT Ltd. Initially he has introduced herself to the students and all the students have introduced themselves. Later he has asked the topics which they have learnt and their back ground and he was very much interested to explain about the motivation, building self confidence and how to face interviews.
Initially he has taken a session on carrier and importance of family. He has explained through one story and how one can develop themselves and become a good citizen of country and how to develop in life.
Later he made the students into small groups and made them to present what they want to do become in their life and after presentations. He explained importance of the building the carrier .
He has made the students to know how to face interviews and he has explained by providing few examples. Each student stood and introduced himself and he made mock interviews in front of the class room. Students have enthusiastically participated in the program. The main motive is to build the self confidence level.
