STeP, Bitan Kolkata organized an Employer Engagement Program from Water FOR People – India for the STeP beneficiaries on dated 3rd July , 2012.20 students along with their centre coordinator were a part of the training program. The visitors Mr. Sagato Mitra and Mr. Abhijeet Santra gave a brief about the institution and their work. The program was an eye opener for the students as they got lots of information and in return it was motivating and inspiring for them. The visit was eventful as it was illuminating and poured lights on the students. It was an open interactive session and their views were shared.
They were given brief orientation about the nature of work, ethics which are required in a company. They discussed about the various job opening and skills required for the job. The interaction was informative as a result the visit came as a great inspiration for the students who were positive about the future development.
