As pollution levels are on an all time high it is time for us as individuals and as a society to curb the menace by adopting practices which will lead to cleaner and greener environment. A tree plantation drive was conducted recently at a Mission Education centre in Uttar Pradesh during which children planted saplings and pledged to take care of them. The teachers spoke about the importance of planting trees and nurturing them. The children learnt a lot about the environment from the activity and were greatly motivated to sensitize others in their families and society as well.
