Children from Mission Education centers in all 21 states of India celebrated Republic Day with much joy. Teachers spoke about the importance of the day and children participated in various cultural activities like singing patriotic songs, dancing, performing one act plays on the importance of the day. National flags were hoisted in each of the centers and the children sung the national anthem as a mark of respect. Sweets and other refreshments were distributed to the children at the end of the programme.
