A students workshop session was conducted for school children under Smile Foundation’s Child for Child (CFC) programme. 50 students from grade 9 and 10th students, of Nair Essence International School, Hingna, Nagpur attended the early morning session on self-esteem. The children were taught how positive thinking, practice, training, knowledge and talking to other people are all useful ways to help improve or boost your confidence levels to grow up as a successful as well as happy individual, among other subjects.
Smile Foundation visits various privileged schools across India and conducts engaging sessions for the young minds, under CFC programme. Smile Foundation believes along with education of children sensitization in various causes, value systems should be ushered to realize their importance in growing up as responsible citizens of the country.
CFC currently reaches out to nearly one million privileged children in 900 schools spread across 417 districts of India, every year. In addition, their parents and teachers are also involved in the process. The programme has today reached out to each part of India with the exception of Lakshadweep.
