They came up with the idea of doing something for the underprivileged kids To spread the warmth of festive season, they organized the traditional cake-mixing ceremony at its Food Court at Quest Mall. All the vital ingredients required for cake-mixing, like a variety of dry fruits, were arranged in separate sections, along with spirits including wine, brandy, and rum. The mixing of dry fruit,s including raisins, red cherries, black currants, and flavoring spices like ground cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves was indeed a sight to cherish.
Milieu of the event became glittered with the presence of actress Sayani Datta, accompanied by Director Satrajit Sen & Singer Timir representing the upcoming Bengali movie Micheal. The merriment of little kids from Smile Foundation made the affair truly gladdening! They were dressed up in special aprons, chef caps, and gloves and shared the joy of cake-mixing with others.
Sounding excited about the occasion, Rajiv Singh, General Manager, Global Kitchens Group stated, “Global Kitchens is enthralled to observe the enthusiasm among Kolkatans about the Cake Mixing Ceremony.
