23rd May’09 was a very special day for Sparsh Charitable Trust, a Mumbai based non-profit providing non-formal education to marginalized children. The trust was organizing ‘Balakotsav’, its annual function on this day. Every year the children of the trust look forward to this day as they get an opportunity of a lifetime to showcase their talents before an august gathering of elite of Mumbai city.
D-Day had finally arrived for children of trust to translate their months of toil and hard work into a wonderful display of talent and skills. Children lived up to the expectations of their trainers coming up with a sterling performance to mesmerize 500 odd audience.
