A mentoring session was organized for the trainees of NIPUN-STeP Center, Kapashera by Ericsson team who visited the center on 13th September 2017. The main objective of this session was to mentor underprivileged youth about the importance of the STeP Centers and employability. All the trainees of the centre were made to form 5 groups for discussions. Individual counseling and personality development sessions were also conducted for the learners. During the session, topics like importance of communication skills, personal and professional relationship, use of internet in a constructive manner and gender equality were covered.
