Children form a Mission Education centre in Pune spent a fun filled day with the employees from Ingersoll Rand. The event started with an ice breaking session between the children and the employees so that the children could freely express themselves afterward in the activities that followed. The employees from Ingersoll Rand and children interacted with each other and a drawing competition was held for the children after which gifts were distributed. The children had much fun and the employees were also transported to their childhood memories with this interaction.
Mission Education is a national level programme of Smile Foundation, which is committed to providing basic education and healthcare to underprivileged children. Since its inception in 2002, more than 200,000 underprivileged children have directly benefitted from the Mission Education programme.
