Youth from STeP centre in Mumbai went out for an exposure visit to the Seawood Mall. The trainees interacted with managers and staff of the major retail brands outlets from the mall. They were oriented on work culture, sales promotion strategies, and client handling. Industry exposure visits equip the youth with first-hand industry knowledge, thus enhancing their employment opportunities in the service, retail and ITES sectors.
So far, more than 22,600 youth have been trained and 14,500 have been placed in over 150 brands through 91 operational projects across India.
